昨天,吃鸡小王子姚大秋带大家去清远,了解了清远鸡的身世来历;今天,由家升代班,带大家去吃另外一种禽类——乳鸽。我们要去的这一家店,在广州算是老字号了,最突出的特点就是老板选取的乳鸽个头比一般的食肆要大一圈;而且,在这里默认不斩件,客人只能带上胶手套原只手撕。店家说,这样才能保证乳鸽里面的汁水不流出来!好吧,老板对食有讲究,是一件好事情!
